Dear Parents/Guardians,
As we did not manage to book places at the Luton Water Sports Day we have managed to book a new venue for the Cub and Scout sections at the
Fairfields Valley Sailing Centre, Six Hills Way, Stevenage, Herts. SG2 0BL where the young people will have 4 different activities to take part in those being
Canoeing,
Bell Boats,
Stand on Paddle Boards,
Raft Building.
The event starts with meeting at the centre at 09.30 for the first activity at 10.00, thereafter every hour until 3 pm with a lunch break inbetween.
Collection time is 4.30 pm.
An One Day Activity Form is attached for your use to book a place for your young person with a deposit of £10, total cost will be £20, but please note that there are only 20 places per section, 40 in total and places will book fast and on a first come first booked basis.
Young people will require 2 changes of clothing including water shoes or second hand trainers (they will get wet and dirty)...
