As a group we utilise the RBL Memorial Garden each year at The Remembrance Parade on the 11th November.
Whilst on last years parade I noticed the garden and surrounding area was in need of a makeover, so discussed this with the RBL Chairman
who agreed we could carry out this work, i fact was delighted.
I applied to the Council to do this work and they agreed.
We are being joined by 10 adult members of staff from Argos UK Bedford Interchange shop as part of their community involvement programme.
The work carried out on the day will apply to various badge work, World Challenge and Community Impact as well as once again showing the group
as caring for part of the local community.
Scouts can attend for a couple of hours or all day, tools will be supplied and gloves.
Bring wet weather clothing and a packed lunch along with a drink.
Look forward to seeing as many as possible on the day.
