Dear Parents/Guardian;
This email is to explain the groups intentions for our annual St Georges Day event and to gain your commitment to your young persons attendance at our chosen activity for the day, that being a visit to the St Georges Day Festival at Wrest Park Silsoe on Sunday 28th April.
As there is no St Georges Day Parade through town this year, as a group, we have decided to hold our own event at the St Georges Day Festival at Wrest Park.
Please find attached the Activity Form for this event, for return to your Section Leader completed with the deposit payment of £10 by the 1st March 2019.
If the form and deposit are not both handed in the group will not consider a place as booked.
