What a weekend we had at Bromham Scout Camp Site. We had the rain, wind, cold and FUN. Every one that attend had a great time. The Scouts got back camping!! We put an extra twist on the camp and decided that the Scouts should cook for themselves. “This is hard work; my Mum does this all the time” was one quote after they cooked diner. Saturday gave them a chance to do some shooting and archery followed by a mass investiture. (I need to work on my video skills). Sunday and we had a visit from the DC, and he brought with him the wind. At one point we had leaders hanging on to tents, and scout laying own on some. We got packed away and all headed home.
